The Journey

We’re the Birch’s, two happily married chefs who fell in love many moons ago as cooks at the Fairmont in Banff. For over 15 years we have traveled world-wide, learning and growing together as chefs. Our passion for cooking has brought us to start Chefs Earth where we intend to bring great food to everyone…nothing pretentious, just real and delicious faster food.
